Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.
Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons.
If there are any delays or issues with your order, we will notify you via email.

We offer several shipping options to cater to your needs. The available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and rates are as follows:

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected and the destination.
Free shipping is available for orders over $100.00 (only applicable in United States).
Shipping costs will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to Canada, & Mexico.
International shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination. Additional customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply based on the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and we suggest checking with your local customs office for details.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your shipment. Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delayed or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the tracking information. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
We are not responsible for any damage caused during shipping, but we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier if necessary.
PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Order Pickup
We do offer local order pickups. All Pickup orders must be picked up within 3 days of purchase. We will provide pickup address at checkout.
